The project consists of 84,000m² of premium grade technology enabled commercial office space over two stages, including 2,300m² of ground floor retail featuring cafes and restaurants across two stages. The first stage is a 50,000m² commercial office tower over 34 levels.

 The Fire Detection System included 45 Addressable Loops, 15 Mechanical Fan Override Switches, 40 Damper Override Switches, 46 Sprinkler Solenoid Switches, 6 x Fire Curtain Interfaces, BMS High-Level Interface, and networked Sub Fire Indicator Panel monitoring a sprinkler pre-action system.

The Emergency Warning and Intercom System included 38 xEmergency Warning System (EWS) Zones including 34 x 150W amplifiers & 1 x 50W amplifiers, 68 x Warden Intercom Points, approximately 2100 x Speakers, 44 x Horns, and 24 x Strobes
