At 319 metres, Australia 108 is the tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere. Located in Melbourne’s Southbank precinct, it contains 1,105 apartments over 100 floors. 

 The Fire Detection System included 23 x Addressable Loops,17 x Mechanical Fan Override Switches, 104 x Sprinkler Solenoid Switches, 9 x Passenger Lift Interfaces, 12x Fire Curtain Interfaces, BMS High-Level Interface, and monitoring of 4 x Sprinkler /Hydrant Pumps + 4 x Fire Brigade Relay Pumps 

The Emergency Warning and Intercom System included 94 x Emergency Warning System (EWS) Zones including 5 x 120W amplifiers & 89 x 40W amplifiers, 108 x Warden Intercom Points, approximately 2600 x speakers, 140 x Horns, and 100 x Strobes
